2022年7月12日，世界酒业联盟秘书处与茅台学院召开人才培养合作座谈会。
On July 12, 2022, a symposium targeted at talent training was held between WABA Secretariat and Moutai Institute.
双方从八个方面继续开启合作之旅：联盟秘书处将整合行业精英、院士、博士、专家资源与茅台学院开展科研合作；双方定期或不期开展论坛、讲座；联盟向茅台学院引荐教授、博士等高层次人才；双方共同编撰酒类职业培训教材；共同开展双创活动；共同举办继续教育和职业、资格培训班；联盟引入海外资源与茅台学院开展合作办学；继续共同研究并编撰每年的中英文《全球酒业发展报告》并向全球公开发行。双方立足茅台放眼世界，共同将中国白酒打造成世界知名白酒，将茅台学院打造成全球三大蒸馏酒人才培养基地之一。通过逐项细化合作双方责任和义务，推动好项目的实施。
The two sides’ extended cooperation includes the following aspects: WABA Secretariat conducting scientific researches together with Moutai Institute via integrating resources and inviting industry elites, academicians, doctors and experts; holding regular or occasional forums and lectures; WABA recommending professors, doctors and other high-caliber personnel to Moutai Institute; compiling vocational training materials for the alcohol industry; working together to fuel entrepreneurship and innovation; co-organizing continuing education, vocational and qualification training courses; WABA bringing in overseas resources and running school in joint efforts with Moutai Institute; continuing to jointly research and compile the annual Development Reports of Global Alcohol Industry in English and Chinese and make it available to the public worldwide. Based on Moutai and keeping an eye on the global trends, the two sides will work together to make Chinese baijiu a world-renowned liquor, in an effort to make Moutai Institute one of the top three distilled spirits talent training bases in the world. Both sides are making endeavors to facilitate the progress of this project through establishing their respective responsibilities and obligations.
座谈会在茅台学院召开，世界酒业联盟秘书长、贵州省酒业协会会长、博士生导师陈泽明，贵州省酒业协会副会长赵新贵，世界酒业联盟秘书处办公室负责人、中国双创专家何山博士后，“全球酒业发展报告”编撰和资本金融专家崔云博士后，世界酒业联盟大数据运营、金融专家田川博士后等博导、教授、博士后、行业专家、企业精英等出席会议。茅台学院党委副书记、校长蔡绍洪，党委副书记、常务副校长李增驰，副校长程庆、总会计师母杰及院办公室、人事处、宣传文化处、教务处、科研处、国际合作与对外交流处、继续教育处等负责人共40余人出席会议。
The symposium was convened at Moutai Institute, attended the meeting were Chen Zeming, WABA Secretary General, President of Guizhou Alcoholic Drinks Association (GADA) and Doctoral Advisor; Zhao Xingui, Vice-President of GADA; Dr. He Shan, Director of WABA Secretariat and expert on mass entrepreneurship and innovation; Dr. Cui Yun, compiler of the Development Reports of Global Alcohol Industry and financial expert; Tian Chuan, data operation engineer and financial expert. All of them were joined by other professors, doctors, specialists, corporate elites and others. Also joined the meeting were over 40 people from Moutai Institute, they were: Cai Shaohong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Moutai Institute; Li Zengchi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Managing Vice-President of Moutai Institute; Cheng Qing, Vice-president of Moutai Institute, together with Chief Accountant Mu Jie, heads of the Office, and other people from the Personnel Department, Publicity and Culture Department, Academic Affairs Department, Research Department, International Cooperation and Foreign Exchange Department, and Continuing Education Department.
茅台学院蔡绍洪在会上非常感激世界酒业联盟和贵州省酒业协会对学院的支持与关心，感谢帮助茅台学院培养酒行业高素质人才，茅台学院与世界酒业联盟同道而行，要更加紧密加强合作，共同推进全球酒业人才培养。
During the meeting, President Cai Shaohong extended his deep gratitude to the supports and concerns from WABA and GADA for assisting Moutai Institute cultivating high-level personnel in the alcohol industry. He said that Moutai Institute and WABA are on the same path and will work more closely with WABA in order to cultivate talents for the global alcohol industry.
茅台学院李增驰表示：茅台学院能够与世界酒业联盟和贵州省酒业协会达成共识，能有力助力茅台学院发展。希望双方不断深化合作，共同推动酒业人才培养。
Vice-President Li Zengchi of Moutai institute said that the consensus reached by WABA and GADA will help boosting Moutai Institute’s growth, and he hoped to deepen their cooperation for further talent cultivation in this sense.
世界酒业联盟秘书处表示：促进酒业人才培养是联盟义不容辞的责任和义务，只要茅台学院对联盟有需要，联盟秘书处一定大力支持。
WABA Secretariat said that it is its responsibility and obligation to facilitate personnel training in the alcohol industry, and WABA Secretariat is ready to offer help whenever Moutai Institute needs it.
